Terms & refunds
Short version: everything here is cosmetic, it is delivered to your linked Minecraft account, and if something goes wrong we fix it or refund it.
No payment is currently taken
The checkout on this site is a stub. It is not connected to any payment provider, it never asks for card details, and no one has been charged. Orders and in-game deliveries are real; the transaction is not.
Everything below describes how it is intended to work once a payment provider is connected.
What you are buying
- Cosmetic items only: titles, chat tags, and cosmetic packs.
- Nothing that affects progression, drops, combat, or how much ❀ you earn.
- Never a rank. The ladder is earned in-game and is not for sale at any price.
- A licence to use the item on this server — not ownership of anything, and not transferable to another server.
Delivery
Purchases are delivered to the Minecraft account you linked to your website account.
That link is why we ask you to run /link in-game before checking out:
it is the only way to be certain the items reach the right player.
Delivery normally happens within a minute. You can see the status of every item on your account page. If something is stuck, staff can push it through by hand — nothing is lost while it waits.
Refunds
We refund in full, no questions asked, when:
- An item was never delivered and we cannot deliver it
- An item was delivered twice and you were charged twice
- You bought the wrong thing and have not used it — tell us within 14 days
We may decline a refund where an item has been used extensively, or where a chargeback has already been opened for the same purchase.
If the server shuts down permanently, purchases made in the preceding 30 days are refunded. Anything older is not — a cosmetic bought two years ago has already been what it was bought to be.
Bans and account closure
Being banned does not entitle you to a refund on purchases made before the ban. It also does not delete them: if a ban is lifted, your cosmetics are still there.
Changes and chargebacks
Cosmetics can change appearance as plugins are updated. We will not remove something you bought, but we cannot promise it will look identical forever.
Please talk to us before opening a chargeback. A chargeback costs the server more than the purchase was worth, and every problem on this page has a faster fix.
